WHS Valedictorian Scholarship

The Wellington Endowment Board of Trustees voted to create the Valedictorian Scholarship in May 2003. This scholarship is awarded to the graduating valedictorian(s) in recognition of his or her academic achievements while in high school. The Endowment Trustees donated the proceeds from their 2003 ATV Raffle fundraiser to start this scholarship and all former valedictorians have been invited to contribute. The first valedictorian scholarships were awarded in 2006.
